A Decade of Mission of the Association of Information Professionals – Librarians, Archivists and Museologists in Bosnia and Herzegovina

Abstract

The paper presents an overview of the activities of the Association of Information Professionals  ̶  Librarians, Archivists and Museologists during its first decade. An insight into the organization of the Association LAM, the reasons for its founding, its mission, vision, activities, its documents, membership and results achieved during that period are presented. All that was marked by the activity of the librarians, founders of the Association LAM. It was founded and led by librarians from 2006 to 2016, when museum proffessionals were entrusted with the task of guiding it.
